Dragon Age Inquisition CPU Heat Problem

When I first physically get into the game world my CPU core temp starts around 70-85c. But a few moments latter (not even 10 mins it seems) the temp on the cores shoots up to 90-99c. It got to 105c and that freaked me out. I think I might have to get new fans because I still have the fans that came with the case but I am not 100% sure.

There are two fans on the top, one in the back, and one in the front.
