720p and 1080p Streaming requires a beefier CPU.
2500K (2nd Gen on LGA1155) and GTX 760 are quite outdated.
You will want a newer setup (4th Gen on LGA1150) such as H97 or Z97 Motherboard + either i5-4690K or i7-4790K
As far as GPU, u shouldn't have an issue with that once u have a better Motherboard & CPU.
What are the rest of your current specs? Such as PowerSupply, RAM, and OS.
GTX 760 is not good enough upgrade over GTX 660 for it to be really worth it.
If you want to swap to Intel then i7 CPU for streaming.
The pc i was about to get from someone is:
Motherboard : MSI P67A DDR3 2PCI
GPU: MSI GTX 760
HEATSINK: Noctua NH-C12P
CPU : i5 2500k 3.3 GHZ
I would add my Gtx 660 and 8gb of ram to it,
Do you think i could stream 30fps 720p Without any latency on my screen?
So you think if i get a AMD FX 8cores , it will fix my problem and ill be able to stream even with my GTX 660 ? am i right?
Use shadowplay, it's built into your GPU and it will not strain your system at all, assuming you have decent bandwith you should have no issues streaming 720p at 60 fps..
What motherboard do you have?
Also you cant SLI GTX 760 with 660 so two cards would be pretty much useless.
I don't stream much, not really my thing, but I don't have any issues streaming 720p, 30fps with my stock speed i5-4670k with my GTX 570s in SLI.
If you move to the i5-2500k, you should see a noticeable difference when trying to stream, you should have little to no lag. If you can add a good OC to it, even better.
You just need to have GeForce Experience installed and up to date.
First, I would try streaming using NVIDIA ShadowPlay @ 720p / 30 FPS
While playing at anywhere between 720p - 1080p
Phenom II X4 or FX-4xxx will struggle to stream well via apps like OBS
Plus OBS is hard to properly setup for most novice/beginner folks.
As u would really need to fine-tune OBS for both your System Spec and your Upload Speed.
As far as FX-8 series CPU; well what Motherboard and PowerSupply do u have? Cause that is very important.
Yeah he wont have any issues playing @ 1080p and streaming @ 720p 60 fps..
cuz i really dont want any lag since i play High ranked matches
You have the ability to use/try ShadowPlay as we speak, so please, try that first.
ShadowPlay uses your GPU to handle the Streaming, so that will take a great load off your CPU. Thus it make the entire situation do-able right now on current specs.
Can't recommend FX-8 unless we know what Motherboard and PowerSupply u currently have.
The 60 fps mainly rely's on your upload speed and your GPU meeting the requirements which it does..
And it's doubltful that would even run @ 60 FPS without streaming on an FX-4 series CPU.
