When overclocking don't aim for spesific clock speeds, but go step by step.

(edit.) First raising power target to near or to max value so it won't limit the card.
Then overclocking core in small bumps untill you can't run unigine valley test and then bump voltage bit if card isn't running too hot already and go on bumping core clock untill you can't go higher. If core temps under full load are still fine leave it there and start bumping memory clock untill it becomes unstable and then small bump back so everything runs stable and you are done.
I like using MSI afterburner, but it's really up to you.
Don't keep multiple graphics card overclocking softwares installed at one time though as it may cause trouble.
