1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Change PC Settings
3. Go to PC and Devices
4. Go to Mouse and Touchpad
5. Underneath Touchpad if you see Medium Delay, click on it and switch to No Delay(Always On)
For gaming or as a power-user, ensure this is always set to No Delay.
Hm, it's not that. No delay is on.
I hope it doesn't come to that as it was a forced Windows update that broke my touchpad and forced me to reinstall the drivers in the first place.
Found out what it was! An extra piece of software was downloaded along with the drivers called TouchFreeze. Once I disabled it, everything was working fine.

Thank you so much for saying that uninstalled touchfreeze. I downloaded the program recently and I later found out that I didnt need the program but I didnt uninstall it. Found out this was the issue. Thank you so much dude.
