Gaming rig visual problem when camera moving, just seen same affect to lesser affect in the cinema, what is it?

Hi Guys

I just went to see imterstellar in an IMAX theater and this same strobing affect was happening on screen.
It only happens when the camera moves around.
It was not as bad as with my pc but definitely was the same thing.
Does anybody knows what this is?

Here are my specs:

PSU: G7 Power Extreme 680W
MotherBoard: ASUS M5A 78L-M USB3
CPU: AMD FX 4100 Quad Core (3.60 GHz)
RAM: 8GB
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 660
HDD: 500GB SATA
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

Monitor: BENQ RL2455HM

Im getting realy frustrated because I have major ghosting or some kind of blur when I move the camera around in games.
The blur is also there when the camera moves in movies and even when Im just scrolling up and down on web pages.
I tried reinstalling drivers and I tried another older GTX 460 GPU and the problem is still there.
Also tried changing from a HDMI cable to DVI and it didnt help either.
As far as I can see online, other gamers are using older hardware than me and everything is fine for them.
I cant understand what my problem is, can anyone help me?

It appears that monitor has the ability to do a lot of post processing. I would fiddle with the monitor settings and also try a different monitor if you have one around.

you either mean the stripeing scrolling across the screen,i think thats down to refresh rate not totaly sure, or it sounds like low frame rate,google online fps test? i ran a test the otherday,, when low fps the object appears blurred but high fps its nice an clear/sharp,if fps is the issue possibly try windows update/driver update

or if you are using a tv, put it in game mode
it may be using soap opera effects to blend frames or other effects to fill in from 60 to 120 frames
