You didn't brick the firmware by any chance?

Download the latest Razer Drivers / Bootloader / Naga Firmware Updater.
Unzip them to a folder somewhere.

With the device plugged in, go to your Control Panel > Device Manager
and look for your undetected device, right-click that and go to find device drivers.
Follow the prompts to manually install the drivers and point it to that folder you unzipped the drivers.

Then run the "DeviceUpdater.exe" from the Fimware Updater to reflash it.

Before clicking "Next", un-plug the mouse and hold down the Left click, Right click and Scroll buttons at the same time.

Now reconnect the mouse to the computer still holding those buttons and after 5 seconds release the three buttons. Windows should detect a new USB device and the update should proceed. Since the drivers are already there, it should be happy enough to find/use them.

That is a reset hack.
