번역 관련 문제 보고
first install printer drivers.
when prompted, turn on printer and connect printer cable from it to usb port of pc.
That did not work out either. On the XP system, once the printer is connected, a notification pop-up appears, saying: HP-Deskjet 3530 is ready. However, that never happens on this PC with the Win7; 64 bit. I tried connecting it to every USB port I have, it just never works, yet If I look through the USB ports/hubs, I see it connected.
Can you teach me how to?
else windows will try to install an old obsolite driver, and the hp driver does not remove it
So, what am I supposed to do now? How can I un-install the drivers?
then do:
# Open the Control Panel
# Select System and Maintenance
# Select System
# Now click Advanced system settings in the left-hand panel (if the UAC is turned on, click Continue to proceed)
# Next, click the Hardware tab
# Click the Windows Update Driver Settings button
# Click Never check for drivers when i connect a device
with the printer plugged in, go to control panel -> printers
uninstall the driver from there
go to control panel -> programs
uninstall the hp software
unplug the printer
reboot
download the latest driver from hp
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=5162506&
install the driver
plug in the printer when it asks for you to
Al-right, I'll do that as soon as possible, and I'll update what happens on here.
Printed all my researches and homeworks!
Thanks guys :).
