looks like its highest cpu speed is 3x 83mhz = 250mhz
if your looking to build an old pc for dos/win9x games
find a amd socket a board, and pick up a t-bird or barton cpu for it, 1.3-2ghz
those can run win9x like a champ and you can get one with a agp slot for a nvidia 4000-7600
will eat thru those games like butter
I actually have a P4 and 512MBs Windows 98 and XP PC but it gives me a lot of trouble with old DOS games and even with 95 games. That GPU is a Nvidia MX 4000 128MBs AGP, works awesome as you say but the other issues just make it awful. I don't know, I have faith in this Pentium 133 PC xD.
Also if you can help me with what parts to buy and where to (I'm not in the USA but I can buy online, usually Amazon) for a new Windows 9x PC, that would be awesome!
I would also like to run DOS games and other Windows 9x games without the high CPU speed issue. The P 133 MHz has the turbo button to help but well.
Something like this, maybe?

Could be. I have to be careful about what GPU to buy. Shadows of the Empire was one of the first VGA games for the days, limited for some GPUs, if the GPU was not supported it was just a no-no :/ same as turok
Let me see about patches, maybe they added support for more GPUs at the date. I also need that the GPU supports "table fog" for both games.

Rendition Verite 1000 Users
---------------------------
The Rendition Verite 1000 chip is supported, but is missing
certain features to run Shadows of the Empire optimally. Cards
using the Rendition Verite 1000 chipset, such as Creative Labs
3D Blaster, Intergraph Intense 3D, and others, should not be run
in 800x600 resolution. You may see the following problems when
playing Shadows of the Empire:
· There will be no fog in the game, so distant textures may be
missing or corrupted.
· Playing in 640x480 you will experience low frame rates in the
game. Please see the Troubleshooting Guide in the Performance
Issues section for information about increasing your Frame rate.
· You may experience loss of video signal or a black screen
in 512x384.
· You will probably have to play in resolutions such as 640x400,
320x240 or 320x200 for acceptable frame rates on a Pentium 120
or higher.
Permedia 2 Users
----------------
When using a 3D card with this chipset, you may see black
boxes in the in-game options menu. To correct this, you will
need to select Enable Color Key in the Game Options menu in the
launcher.
NEC PowerVR PCX-2 Users
-----------------------
The NEC PowerVR PCX-2 chip is supported, but is missing certain
features to run Shadows of the Empire optimally. Cards using the
NEC PowerVR PCX-2 chipset, such as NEC Apocalypse 3Dx and Matrox M3D,
should not be run in 800x600 resolution. You may see the following
problems when playing Shadows of the Empire:
· There will be no fog in the game, so distant textures may be
missing or corrupted.
· Playing in 640x480 you will experience low frame rates in the
game. Please see the Troubleshooting Guide in the Performance
Issues section for information about increasing your Frame rate.
· You may have to play in a lower resolutions for an acceptable
frame rate on a Pentium 120 or higher.
NVidia Riva 128 Users
---------------------
The NVidia Riva 128 is supported but you may see some problems
when playing Shadows of the Empire. You may see the following

Wow.
they are pci, but you will still need a primary gpu, since they are pass thru and 3d only
Can you explain me about having a primary GPU please. I only know that the PC has a Trident Tgui9680-1 1 or 2 MB of VRAM. The GPU works, I don't know if that helps.
they have a vga input for primary gpu, and output to monitor
the trident gpu will work for primary gpu, when games that can use the voodoo cards, it will turn them on
Sounds great! I will buy you the cards if you want to sell them, that is an instant yes for me.
international shipping would be more than the cards are worth
Yepe, just one more question: For the SLI they have to be the same manufacturer or just the same chips like today?
although i admit pentium 133mhz or (166mhz which i have) is perfect for 'reproman' puzzle game for windows 95/98.
