Do those have scores that you can compare with others?
Yes. :)

Sweet, thank you :)
I use valley for true stability. When you think you found your clocks, let it loop several times. 3dmark's fire strike extreme is great for overall gaming stability too.
Sometimes you can find a 3dmark code on ebay for next to nothing. Thats where I got mine.. think I paid like 3 bucks.
Try these:
- Unigine Heaven and Valley
- FurMark
- Prime95 (for CPUs)
MSI Afterburner good for monitoring and comes with RivaTuner for OSD features. It has no "burn-in" testing, unless u get MSI Kombuster to go along with it. Can set MSI Afterburner to also display your GPU temp as an active taskbar icon (temp in # value)
For spec details the following apps are good for that:
- CPUID CPUZ
- CPUID HWMonitor
- Techpowerup GPUZ
- Piriform Speccy
CoreTemp is good for displaying CPU Temp in Windows taskbar.
Try the latest version called just 3DMark, run firestrike, it really is the best test to compare your machine to others and the free version let's you do almost everything (certainly everything you need for a single run test) without paying.

If you run firestrike, press alt+f4 during the demo to skip it and jump into benchmarking. The reason 3dmark runs at 720p is to maintain consistency between systems for direct comparison, it also compares your scores at the end of the bencmark. You can also compare those to any other firestrike(P) perfromance scores.
Advise caution when running furmark.
No, 3DMark 11 (which is what OP tried) only does 720P unless you buy a license, it will do full 1080 testing with advanced or pro.
The latest version which I linked to does 1080P with Firestrike and 4K with Firestrike Ultra.
