If it is a quality 500-Watt, u should be fine. Watch your temps though; those Intel CPUs top out at roughly 72-80*C

Its a antec model EA-500D - 500w max.
Also, i dont think i can buy a kill a watt meter because that money would go towards getting a PSU ( if it is required xD)
what cpu cooler are you using?
with most cm coolers, you can mount the fan low to help keep airflow over the vrm area on the board
Currently its on side ways, i.e. flows in from the front tower and flows into it and out of the back vents.
so should i change it to up and down flow? instead of right to left flow?
unclip the fan from the heatsink, lower the fan so its bottom clip is on the bottom fin on the heatsink and clip it on again
