GA-Z87-HD3 question
I have the Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 motherboard with the 7770 Ghz edition wich i want to upgrade to a GTX760 but i dont know if an nvidia card is compatible with my motherboard because the motherboard says Crossfire X on it.I know this is for dual graphics but since it doesnt say SLI can it take any nvidia cards at all?

yes
any board with a pci-e x16 slot will take any single gpu

sli is needed to run 2 similar nvidia cards

While your board does say "AMD CrossFireX support" this just means your board supports running dual AMD GPUs in CrossFire mode. The board does not support NVIDIA SLI mode; however, that does not mean u can't use a single NVIDIA GPU, which of course will be fine.

GTX 760? From where and how much?
GTX 960 is better and roughly similar pricing.

I found it used for 140euros with 17 moths warranty.Mow the thing is that if i want to save for a new GPU i will have to sell my 7770 and thats what im going to do to get the 760 but if i can wait a little longer while using onboard graphics i might save up for a new 960 at around 230euros.

The warranty of a used product such as a GPU is of no good to u if the owner already registered the serial# to get the warranty; like through EVGA for example. As the warranty would be registered under the owners Account/Email and thus is no good to u.
