My mouse keeps having a delayed reaction and my games are lagging. :( Please Help!
I own a TOSHIBA Laptop with
Processor: AMD E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics
Installed Memory: 4 GB RAM (3.44 Usable)
System Type: 64-Bit Operating System, x64-Based Processor

I used to play a lot of Dota 2 and CS:GO on my old Laptop which was a Lenovo G505s, it ran them smoothly but then the graphics card on it broke. This meant that I had to get a new laptop. Ever since I got this laptop (4 days ago) it has been quite slow in game and also it seems to have a very delayed reaction (Keyboard and Mouse) while In-Game.

This may be just due to the fact that it isnt powerful enough to play these games but it meets the requirements on Steam. Anyways, thank you for reading this and I really hope that you post the solution. Thank you and goodbye!

That laptop is just not strong enough for gaming. Your older laptop had one of the A series Apu's with better graphics processing. I'm not sure exactly what Apu you had, Lenovo offered 4 different Apu's. If we assume yours was the lowest one you can see the performance is still greater than the E1 http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/468/AMD_A4-Series_for_Notebooks_A4-5000_vs_AMD_E1-Series_E1-6010.html The L1 and L2 cache for the A series is double that of the E1 and it has a faster clock speed. The A series also has at least double the cores of the E1. I suspect your model was probably higher than the base model for the Lenovo so your graphics would be even better than what is compared in the link.

I also found this quote about the E1, "The SoC integrates a Radeon R2 GPU with 128 shaders, which is based on the GCN architecture and clocked at up to 350 MHz. On average, we expect the graphics performance to be somewhere between the HD Graphics (Bay Trail) and HD Graphics (Haswell). Current games (as of 2014) are thus hardly playable even in low settings, only a few older and less demanding titels should run fluently." http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-E-Series-E1-6010-Notebook-Processor.115407.0.html

Return that and get a better laptop. It's not suitable for most games beyond the most basic ones. Games that require DirectX/OpenGL will struggle on that.

ok thank you

Dota requires a 2.8ghz dual core processor and unfortunately the one you have is only 1.35ghz. CS:Go requires at least a 2.4ghz Phenom X3 so you shouldn't be able to handle that game either. Your current laptop has an Apu, which has video on the chip but it's really designed for basic use and won't be able to handle most games with the exception of some flash browser type games. The old laptop had a much better Apu in it. Unfortunately your new laptop isn't suitable for gaming.

Ok I understand those games but I jsut tried a game called Realm Of The Mad God and its extremely easy to run but it was lagging on that aswell D: any solution?

Solution is (like we already suggested) get a better system.
What u have is a very very cheap basic laptop; do not expect it to run anything very well that runs off DirectX or OpenGL. It's hardware is just too slow to run those kinds of apps/games well, if at all.

You said it's a new laptop; again re-think what you purchased very quickly. I would return it and get a better one, as what u have is still many years behind what is required to run most apps/games well.

Realm of the Mad God says it requires at least a 2.33ghz processor and yours is only 1.35ghz so it doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Bad Motha is right that you need either a better laptop or you could always build yourself a desktop for a couple hundred bucks. Whenever you look at a games store page it will have the minimum system requirements. You'd have to find games that only require a 1.35ghz dual core processor and integrated video. So, you could probably play much older games from the late 90's to 2008 or so.

Would a 2.16 GHz be ok for running them or is it a necessity to run with 2.8 (or would it lag too much.

Would this laptop be able to run them smoothly? http://www.dell.com/ie/p/inspiron-15-3551-laptop/pd?ref=PD_Family If you arent sure about clicking on the link in case of phishers, it is called a dell Inspiron 15 3000-series for 319 Euro.

No; only things Dell have that are suitable specs are their XPS and Alienware; both of which I would avoid.

You want specs like these:
http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series

Can u buy from UK sites? Will they ship to Ireland?
As I can try and help u find good pricing if needed.

The only thing is that last time i had a Lenovo G505s Laptop, it broke down internally 5 seperate tmes. Each time it was not my fault but the laptop itself and 3 times it had to be sent back to Germany to be fixed. :L
