Razer Naga Hex

Hey, i have a problem with my new razer naga hex.
Once evrey 10min it stops working for like 3sec. I cant move the cursor but the side buttons still work. Anyone know what the problem is? or how i can fix it?

Very odd, I have the same mouse and havent had a single issue.. Have you tries using a different usb port ?

Sounds odd that it's an issue that happens exactly every 10 minutes.

Make sure the surface you're using the mouse on is clean. A dirty surface and even some mousepads can cause feedback issues. You could always try just using the mouse on a sheet of white printer paper for a while and see if the problem continues or not.

Ok, everything works fine when using it with a white sheet of paper. Seems like my mouse doesn't like the couch as mouse pad. :D

Uses a couch as a mouse pad and wonders why it's not working right..... Smh

Well I hadn't any problems with my other mouse so I didn't expect that it could happen.

Good to hear.

I had a similar issue with my Razar Naga 2014. Things worked well for about a month and soon I had jerky responses and hang ups with the mouse. The mouse worked just fine on white paper, so I cleaned my mousepad and no issues since.
