AMD Radeon HD 7990 temp problems
Currently the tempature on my 7990 is peaking from 70 to a maxium of 86 with the possiblity of reaching 90, should i worry about this?

You could try dusting off the heatsink and the fans with compressed air or something similar, if you do though be sure to keep the fans from spinning.

Generally though being as it is 2 GPUs on one i would think its normal, theres a few ways you can help increase airflow but thats something you'll have to figure out.

thats a 375w dual gpu, it will run hot

make sure the gpu fans spins freely, and case fans are working properly

According to AMD, the Radeon HD 7990 shouldn’t be hitting the temperatures that ours are. There is a thermal limiter in place, however, to keep the GPUs from exceeding 102 degrees Celsius, 215 degrees Fahrenheit, or hot enough to cook a pork shoulder in about seven hours. When the chips get that hot, though, they exhibit a consistent behavior to prevent damage. It looks a little something like this:

you can add a waterblock

That temperature is a little high but it's still within limits - If you are wanting to control the temperature more you can set a customised fan curve in MSI Afterburner / EVGA Precision for the card to increase the duty cycle, or you can increase the airflow in the case by placing additional fans etc.
