IMPORTANT! SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS MEANING!?
Hi, recently I've been wanting to purchase Dragon Ball Xenoverse in the Steam Store. I would be purchasing, installing, and running the game on my laptop. •PC Info: ( PC Product-> HP 15 Notebook PC/ Processor-> AMD E1-2100 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.00 GHz/ Installed RAM-> 4.00 GB, 3.47 useable/ System Type-> 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor/ Windows 8.1/ 369 GB available of 444 GB/ 15.6"inch). I'm personally not good with specifications and numbers involved in computers and technology, etc. I think I meet atleast the minimum PC System Requirements; except for the "GHz" part. I have "1.0", while it says minimum is "2.6"; I'm not sure about the rest of the parts like graphics, processor, etc. I am able to run a variety of games I've already bought and are in my inventory and installed on this PC. There are a few however that really "do not work". By this I mean they open and run and do everything they're supposed to (so it's more like I could even get a refund), but they lag SEVERELY! Like there is no way what's so ever anyone can really play the games on my pc. I'm talking legit 1-10 fps. The whole thing thing is in no way playable (ex. Saints Row II, III, and IV, CS: I, CZ, GO, and SS, Mini Ninjas, and Pay Day II). I realize they are all for the most part big games and have multiplayer, but honestly, I have no clue why those work and my others really do (look on my inventory for reference)! Q: SHOULD I BUY DBZX AND WILL IT WORK WITH OUT SEVERE AND COMPLETE LOW FPS, LAG, AND FREEZE FRAMES, etc????? Thanks for the help and for reading my explanation.

the e series apu cannot handle any games (beyond flash and browser games)

the cpu is way too slow, and its gpu is way too weak

Your AMD E1-2100 APU includes a 1GHz GPU (integrated graphics) which is very weak by today's standards.

Modern CPUs use 84 Watts or more of power, your mobile chip only uses 9 Watts, this holds it back performance wise.

It is your GPU that runs at 1.0GHz, not your CPU.

Your GPU is the Radeon™ HD 8210 @ 1.0GHz by the sounds of it.
Not even closed to being able to run most 3D games sadly.

You can read more about your CPU here:

In the mean time I suggest you try older games that have been modernized.
- This is a game from 1993, which has been given modern OpenGL 3D graphics, it should run on your system quite quickly...
