Motherboards aren't "good" or "bad" for gaming as they have no effect on game performance when not overclocking. What's important is that a motherboard works well with your other hardware.

yeah there is no good or bad mobo its really whatever works best for you
Some boards have more cool golly gee whiz features than others, for example ASUS ROG boards allow for remote system monitoring via a laptop connected to your gaming PC was called ROG Connect. Some boards may have more lanes of PCIe allowing for triple or quad SLI, some will hold more memory than others, some will have wifi integrated others will not, its all a choice as to what extra toys ya gotta have on the board. The more toys on board the more it'll cost.

Good enough for non-overclocking CPU like i7-3770 if you use one graphics card, the second PCI-E slot is 2.0 PCI-E x4 so not so great for two graphics cards.

any socket 1155 x6x-x7x board will work
x6x will not have pci-e 3.0
x7x wil have pci-e x16 3.0 slot
but that will not limit any single gpu
