The only ways to increase performance without changing hardware are quitting programs(to reduce RAM usage on systems with not a lot of it), switching to lower settings, and overclocking.
Edit: you may want to check out this as well for some more information: http://technozed.com/razer-cortex-game-booster-review/
So, if this program is useless, why im getting that awesome fps rates for this short while, and then im going down?
you can easily do that yourself
Booster apps have nothing to do with FPS; all they help to do is close background apps and free up system RAM. Nothing more.
I have a 3GB VRAM GPU!
So if booster app doesn't have nothing to do with FPS why i'm getting that improvement for this short time?
What are your results like if u do clean bootup and never load up Cortex and just launch FarCry4?
I never tried before to kill all proces and i have to say that i feel the difference, at ultra is like 40fps without booting from cortex, but i get more fps while this short time when cortex is working.
