Changing desktop Icon for a website shortcut

So, I have a Zillow shortcut on my desktop, but the default icon is the Google symbol. I can choose to change the icon, but I only have a few choices of Icons. I would like to have a Zillow logo. The images that I can choose from are located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" I saved an image of a icon that I liked, but it wont show up in choices of icons. Any ideas? Windows 8
