报告翻译问题
Go to Control Panel > Windows Updates and click "Check for Updates"
After this (even if nothing new), go back to Control Panel and click Devices and Printers.
Your Display shown there should have the correct name, regardless of what Device Manager says.
The reason for the display being "off" is because of AMD GPU + Over-Scan.
Simply go to AMD Catalyst/Fusion Center > Display and change the Over-Scan to 0%
If you can, don't use HDMI, use DVI or DisplayPort.
But yea AMD GPUs + Software are annoying to say the least, it's why I would never buy em.
Should be options to change/address such issues within AMD Catalyst
