Cheap laptop for £250 or under

Can someone recommend me a good laptop that will allow me to play games like CSGO and FallOut 3?

Not many options with that budget (and none of them are really meant for any sort of real gaming, but might be able to run those games at low settings/ resolution).

It's more powerfull then the one I have at the moment which can run Fallout New Vegas on low with 30 FPS.

amd notebook cpu is almost too weak for source games

find an i3 notebook with intel hd 4000+ and it can play those much better

I'd go with the lenovo laptop as it has a better cpu than the hp laptop for a start. It's able to pass the minimum sys requirements for fallout new vegas and fallout 3 and will handle cs:go no problem on low settings.

Also, I had this laptop (with 6gb ram and 750gb hdd) http://www.amazon.co.uk/HP-Pavilion-DM1-4341EA-11-6-inch-Notebook/dp/B00ABW379I/ref=dp_ob_title_ce and it ran csgo and team fortress on low at 30fps but I don't recommend it as it's not powerful enough for most other games.

the intel hd 4000 is only £1 more and alot better than the hd
