AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series GPU

I have AMD Radeon HD 7700 GPU, And just bought another 24'' HD monitor next to another one, So i have now 2 x 24'' HD ASUS screens, and the newer one, plugged with HDMI, gives mmy screen scottish looking pattern when dark? i have had dual monitor before, but i needed another HD screen mostly for work, so it should handle dual HD monitors,

Primary screen: DVI - Fine
Secondary: HDMI - Not 1920 x 1080, while screen setting says so, but instead it gives black lines on the sides of the screen and that scottish pattern, it also looks blurry but i think because its slightly disorted
