What Operating System?
What Graphic Card are you using?
Ensure your using DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort to connect (not VGA).
Download the Display Pilot Software and latest firmware (if required) from here:
http://gaming.benq.com/downloads/
If Nvidia - Download the latest drivers from:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Right-click desktop ensure resolution is "1920x1080 (recommended)", "Landscape" and click on "Advanced settings". Adapter should show your graphics card, on the monitor tab, should show your monitor name correctly. Ensure refresh rate is at highest supported and "True Color (32 bit)" is selected.
If using Nvidia:
Control Panel > Nvidia Control Panel > Display > "Adjust desktop size and position"
Ensure Scaling (tab) is set to "Aspect ratio" and perform scaling on "Display".
Check under the Size (tab). Consider using the "Resize the desktop" option there.
If using AMD:
Go into to Catalyst Control Center (CCC). There should be an option in Display Manager that allows you to adjust the scaling. Set it to "0%". Glitch fix... slide the bar all the way down and back up to 0%.
