Framerate Drops and Sound Crackles if I move my Mouse!
I dont know if steam has anything to do with this as it is always open.

I know it doesn't make any sense but after 30 minutes or so of using my laptop moving my mouse becomes an issue. If i move it whether if i'm on my desktop or playing a game my FPS drops and the sound crackles. If i don't move my mouse everything works absolutely fine. To point out that this is definitely nothing to do with my laptops power as a whole as I can play the games I play at ultra graphics settings (Using WASD to move) and play them at 60fps as long as I don't touch my mouse and use it to look around. (I can click the mouse buttons though and not cause any fps drops, its only the aspect of moving it that cause these drops and crackling sound.)

Here is my Laptop Specs:

And before anyone gives any solutions keep this in Mind:

All Drivers Up to Date and have been re-installed to eliminate the idea that they are corrupt.
Memory Test Showed no problems
SFC scan showed no corrupt system files.
CPU Average CPU & GPU temperature hovers around 60 degrees Celsius
The Laptop is not overclocked or modified in any way.
No Unnecessary background Processes are running
There are no viruses, I use ESET Virus Guard.
The laptop is only 4 months old.
This issue arose only 3 days ago.
Temperature is an unlikely cause because restarting the computer fixes the issue until another 30 minutes has elapsed.
My Laptop is wired to my Router
My Laptop is plugged in to the mains when in use.
My Laptop power settings are set to Maximum Performance.

A Solution to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated as it is one that many people have not encountered under the mentioned circumstances.

Does it have Mouse Software that runs in the background?
Often those CAN get in the way of how some games run.

Or the laptop's touch-pad software (usually Synaptics) can conflict with some 3rd Party Mouse Software.

Also, so can V-Sync. If you experience "lagg" when using KB and/or Mouse and V-Sync is enabled, the disable it all-around. Both in-game and within GPU Control Panel area. Then see if it goes away to narrow down such an issue.

My mouse doesn not come with its own control software and where in ym GPU can i turn of V-Sync for desktop?

try using another user profile to see if the problem is across all users.

V-Sync by default (unless was changed) would be set to Off or Application Preferred. Meaning it will usually just be an in-game setting for that, unless it's set to On/Enabled, which means it would over-ride what a game is set to.

V-Sync doesn't affect the normal OS desktop.

Yeah this makes no sense... maybe temperature is actually the cuase? even though theres a 30 min lag time? or maybe its the cores being unparked automatically?

Sounds like a CPU/chipset/mobo issue.

Do the drops occur when the soundchip is disabled? Also check your bios settings for power saving modes and disable them.

All power saving modes have been disabled I would also like to point out that the time my computer is left on is directly proportianal to how slow it gets. For example i kept it on over night and in the morning my display would turn on when i moved the mouse as it had become that slow.

i had the same issue for several days after update from windows after startup of like 15mins even playin music moving the mouse lags pc but works fine when not moving. was really gettin on my last nerve! Anywaz i fixed by uninstalling mouse driver and then downloading the driver again. and boom no more lag.

try unparking cores and setting power plan to performance

might be worth a shot?

I fixed it, i unpluged all my external USB connected items except my mouse and took out my external cooling pad. I play with the laptop on my lap in a cold environment, the temperature was probably efecting the GPU performance.
