ddr to ddr4 is all sdram
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synchronous_dynamic_random-access_memory

for a new ddr3 kit, make sure its 1600+ cl9- 1.5v-
if the board has 2 dimm slots, get a 2x8g kit

yes, I was looking for a computer with good graphic card with 2gb of graphic memory and max ram installed

That system will give you fits if you are, not a chance of playing much at all with that. but if it's a deck of card for solitaire, surfing the web, porrn watching, checking emails should do great.

really?
how

goes up to 16gb
Processor alone doesn't meet minimum specs for most recent game titles.
ram doesn't matter a dedicated graphics card and good processor are the key.
