use normal fan screws

the fan has rubber moutns to help eliminate vibration, the plastic screws are not needed

The 4 other screws that came with the fan are too short, it can't go trough the 4 holes completely, and what do i do with these rubber mounts, i dont understand? (sorry for sounding like a dumbass...)

the rubber mounts are on the fan, keep them there

check other fans in the case, see if they have longer screws that you can swap to use on the new fan

Ok, i have 4 longer fan screws, but the screws go trough and inside the rubber on the fan, is this normal? and thanks for all the help so far!

You have two choices with the 4 included screws and 4 rubber isolation mounts. The screws are intended to mount the fan hard to the case or the rubber isolation mounts act as push pins. If the screws go through the fan holes, then you need to use them with the head of the screw on the fan side and the threads through the case.
