If you have an AMD graphics card: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
If you have nVidia graphics card: http://www.geforce.com/drivers
If you have Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
To know which one you need, go to Device Manager (press the windows key and "R" on your keyboard simultaneously) and into the window that pops up, type in: devmgmt.msc
There you will see your video card under Display Adapters
idk you have the drivers installed wrong ... or you could also try downloading this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
but it's probably the drivers ... what graphics card do you have in your computer and what driver did u install ? (and did u reboot your pC after installing the driver ? )
