r7 240 - dota 2, at least it can max out dota 2 at 1080.

Have you considered building one? You could build a decent gaming pc for not much more.

if you plan on upgrading the gpu, the amd apu build is a poor choice
The alternative is get the quest, it will probably be ok for dota 2 on low/medium settings. But if it isn't you could plonk(it is almost that easy) in a 60 euro gpu later (assuming it comes with at least a 300w psu). And that way you will also have a better cpu.
The choice is yours.
