What I need for the best sound? Headset Sennheiser PC 350 SE
Recently I bought this headset but my soundcard is of motherboard and not the best.
I read do you need a good souncard or something for this headset (150ohm).
So I play in laptop and I want a good amp or external soundcard to improve the sound.
Any idea?

Good value quality/price, can spend 50$-60$ maybe more.

Ty all for read and comments

At the very budget end, you could get something cheap such as a USB Stereo Audio Adapter:
http://www.amazon.com/Syba-SD-CM-UAUD-Adapter-C-Media-Chipset/dp/B001MSS6CS/

It will sound crap and quiet.

For a 150ohm to be powered correctly use an AMP!

I would personally look at something like the Asus Xonar Xense:
http://www.asus.com/Sound_Cards_and_DigitaltoAnalog_Converters/Xonar_Xense/

It's pretty much a perfect pair with the Sennheiser PC 350. Or the Xonar STX.

However, since your using laptop...

ASUS Xonar External USBs or the Astro MixAMP (if there's a version which supports up to 150obm) are getting more to the high-end dolby sound quality which would work with that and still sound great.

Note: I'm an audiophonic user - with sound cards either go high-end or not at all. MixAMPs are the next best thing, getting close to audiophonic at a lower cost (this is probably your best option for laptop too). Else get a USB HeadSet to bypass the crappy sound card if going cheap. I don't do cheap.

Therefore best pick I can suggest is to consider the ASUS Xonar U5 for your laptop, if your really serious about fecken good mind blown sound quality with that 150obm headset!

I wouldn't bother with anything that mounts inside your computer, if you want good quality audio. There is simply too much electromagnetic interference to achieve a low enough noise floor for good dynamic range. A device which connects with USB, but has its own separate power supply is your best bet. Well, you could get a S/PDIF or ToSLINK DAC, if you have either of those ports on your machine, but you won't find one of those for less than US$100. You might be able to find a basic PreSonus, Focusrite, or M-Audio recording interface toward the higher end of your price range, especially if you are willing to buy used. Those have decent DAC chips and headphone amps. Not audiophile grade, but better than most gear meant for gaming. Be careful, though, some of the older units only have Firewire ports, and most recent PCs don't.

You will probably notice the difference between a 16 and a 24 bit interface, but don't pay
extra for high sample rates. There is still no compelling evidence to displace the Nyquist-Shannon theorem, so even 96 KHz should be overkill. A 24 bit, 48 KHz device should be fine.
