Games keep auto minimizing to desktop

I'm having a ongoing problem with most games, when I startup a game it automatically minimizes itself taking me back to the desktop and if it's an old game that has very low resolutions then what happens is it does the same thing but when you click the game in the taskbar to try to get into it, I'll kick you back into the desktop... It's been doing the former to newer games as well like The Walking Dead and A Wolf Among Us. I really don't know if it's an issue with Windows 7 or Nvidia GPU? One of these is causing it.

I've dual monitor setup (DELL and LG).
The LG software "OnScreenStartUpApp" cause to minimize most of my games every few seconds in full screen mode. So, I closed the program from the tray and disabled "LMMStartUpApp - LG Electronics Inc." in startup menu of task manager. No more issues.

1. Right click on the taskbar
2. Go into Settings
3. Uncheck "Show taskbar on all displays".

This immediately fixed the issue on all of my games.

THiis fixed it for me on black ops 1. Thanks! I was losing my mind
