Which cooler is the best to use in a i5 4570? A Corsair A70 or a Coolermaster Hyper 212X?

Certainly. The 212 is a rather normal/usual size, you'll only need to worry about cooler size if you're talking about either some very small form factor PC or unusually large coolers (which means more than one tower and more than one fan).

I mean, my mobo is even a step smaller than yours (H87 mITX), in a small case and with a relatively large GPU. My cooler is a Scythe Katana 4, similar size as the Hyper 212, and it fits just fine, bigger issue was the tall heatspreader of my RAM (but even that fits just right).

Coolermaster Hyper 212X would be the better pick, with Arctic Silver 5 paste (if not using preapplied thermal paste already on the cooler).

Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H is on the known compatible list for it:

So it should fit, even if a bit of a tight. Double check when you have purchased and simply don't use if in doubt (should be able to return/swap if just simply taken out of the box but still in brand new quality).

cm does not apply paste on the coolers, they give you a tube of silver cm paste
its as good as as5/mx4

The Hyper 212 will fit in most standard mid-tower cases that are at least 8" wide, but will not fit in a slim style case. So it will depend on your case width mostly. It's quite tall.

It's a mid tower case. The only doubt was if it will fit or not in my motherboard without touch the GPU which is near the CPU
