Report a translation problem
as the ps4 seems to run lighter with no windows and every game has the correct settings ect all done. but my gtx650ti boost seems to present not be far behind. so maybe a r9 280 or gtx 760 would at present play with same fps but a step up in deatil than the consoles.
i think you need to pc games for the format rather than think of just graphics.

As you may notice the PS4 is more powerful than the XB1. The XB1 meanwhile supposedly has better HSA-like features if programmers learn to take advantage of them.
