Also AMD is bringing the pain with RX 10950 XTX.
A good quality 1000W would do the trick.

Antec PSU 1000W HCG1000 (ATX3.1) PRO Platinum?
Let's get ready to rumble.
You could also look at a second hand 4090 as it sits between the 5080 and 5090.
Oh yes, AMD's 'next' gpu will always be far more powerful and better than nvidia!...
Wait a second, haven't they said the same thing for a decade now?
Ignore baseless crazy rumours.
If you play any VR games you can soon chew through VRAM, not seen anything max out my 5090 yet but I've caught it high enough to max a 4090.
Why do you always play at the same framerate? May I assume that you don't play AAA games from ~2020+?
I count at least 5 GeForce gaming gpus with 24 GB or more
RTX Titan, 3090, 3090Ti, 4090 and 5090
plus at least 2 Radeon with 20GB or more
I think the only reason Nvidia are so stingy with VRAM is because Jensen want us to upgrade more often. How many of those who bought the 3070Ti and 3080 would have upgraded if they had 16/20GB?
