or maybe use one of the steam one time use codes, each is only valid for one login, and cannot be used again

there are steam apps on android
steam for account management,
steam link for streaming from other device,
steam chat for friend management
android phone is not strong enough to play decently demanding games itself
(I hope I answered correctly, first time posting here) Yes, steam already has some applications, but not like this one in particular. I recommend you do a search. the problem is that I work on the computer, so in the spare time I don't want to face it.
Oh, and in relation to the power of the device to run the games, that doesn't worry me, I don't want to play anything too heavy, it would be more 2D games.
on lan/wifi connections it works really well, almost no input delay and display lag
you can pair a bt controller to the phone and play any game the host is capable of
Just came across this thread. You should do some research on what GameHub is. As your assertions are a bit off target:
1. Android devices with GameHub (or analogous software) and higher end processors can play Steam games
2. You did not address the actual question which is "what is steams opinion (position) on GameHub"
3. You are missing the point. of course someone can play games and stream them from a PC. That is only one objective of mobile gaming. Another objective is to run games without a PC.
But account stealers these days can bypass Steam Guard's 2FA, found that out the hard way.
Just something to think about
