try changing its home/start page to about:blank
get the correct ones from the mobo mfg or oem site
chipset, audio, lan etc..
Disable OS wide the setting that allows WU to fetch optional updates such as Drivers.
Disable Core Isolation and Controlled Folders in Defender.
Install all the drivers yourself. Get the drivers from the Motherboard maker. Get any Intel, AMD or NVIDIA drivers from them, from their sites
9800X3D and other AMD CPUs will run in COMPAT mode until you update the BIOS if it is not supported by your motherboard. That means that literally anything can happy or result in mysterious bugs that can't be pinpointed.
Also listen to the advice about drivers above.
One more important thing: only Windows 11 and later has full support for Ryzen 7000 and greater officially; it's the same thing for Intel 12000+ and if you updated to the latest edition of Windows, you need to update your chipset drivers for AMD and make sure you are running a recent BIOS version or you may encounter instability.

With Gigabyte, be careful as they might have many revisions and the REV version # is very important in regards to going to the correct MB Support website and getting the correct files for your board.
