If you are more often doing low - medium loads with that PC, the DH-15 will do just fine and overall in the end will be nearly no maintenance given it's an air cooler and would also be quieter in comparison to basically ANY AIO-LC unit.

Maybe depends of the region.
Noctua NH-D15chromax.black is more expensive than Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm and 420mm in UK for example.

NH-D15 costs £108.49 for black one and £99 for ugly one in UK
Arctic freezer III 420mm - £79
(According to PC part picker)


So the top tier 420mm AIO costs less than brown Noctua in UK.

The dh15 was fine for my 7800x3d. Couldn't keep the 9800x3d cool though
