uninstall one drive
i am not very knowledgable about one drive but, it should be possible to turn it off. i certainly did. if you absolutely want to use it however, you should remove the galaxy folder from the list of folders it is backing up.
in that case, you might want to stop backing up that folder on your phone.
It has settings for what to backup/sync, simply change that.

For example, any PC Gamer using such a cloud backup app should not have it set to backup/sync your Documents or AppData folders, as gamea use these and it could result in many issues along the way, such as saved game files gone missing, etc.

^ this

auto backup/restore can easily mess up game saves and settings without you knowing
even steam cloud can do that, if you have it enabled, and play games on different pcs settings from one will transfer and mess wtth the other

if you want to manually save games use gamesave manager
and copy your documents to the other pc

not real reason to copy other windows users files across pcs or even need to back them up

check the ms account and see what devices logged into it
uninstall one drive and never use it ever again, now your issue is fixed.

one drive causes nothing but hassle and game save issues along with corrupting them, it can even cause games to crash, among other odd issues (for instance whats mentioned in the OP), its a common program people find issue with in troubleshooting game issues and is always listed as a suggestion (if its installed and removing it to see if the issue persists) in troubleshooting.

i personally dont use cloud save nonsense, i would rather manually backup my save files into a folder, though i know where most if not all game save folders will be located, so i dont have to look for them like others would.

When are you going to break your silence and show everyone how you can run the current version of steam client with less than 500 MB of ram and also show everyone how you can install Windows server 2008 updates into Windows 7 without using DISM?

I wonder if the OP has 'Windows Phone Link' activated? If so, turn it off.

I have my own local storage. I don't need cloud storage. always Uninstall cloud storage. why not private for one. uses my internet bandwidth.

gives me the no feeling

Yes.

This damn thing was one cause of games crashing for me, for the record.

It was caught in another games error/crash reporting.
