MY HYPERX CLOUD 3 KEEP DISCONNECTING WHILE PLAYING GAMES

so i use hyperx cloud 3 for my headset and usually i use it in wireless mode, but when im playing game like cs2 or fragpunk or even supermarket together while i was idle and talking in discord its keep disconnecting i dont know why, even when i in game playing also sometimes it will automatic disconnecting. any solutions for this? because this only happen in steam games while other games never happen like this. kindly answer this because i need the solusitions very bad, Thank You

ok if your using motherboard blutooth try moving the WIFI antennas...get them away from metal....and if you never plugged them in do being hardwired for NET plug them in....

if they have their own USB dongle that came with the headphones plug it in, in the front of the case with nothing blocking it to the headphones

pc case is very good at blocking rf signals
move the antenna away from the pc case, using usb extension or antenna extension cables
