AMD GPU + GT 1030 Is all you need to enjoy 32 bit PhysX.
3060Ti only scores roughly 300 FPS here, XTX +1030 is ridiculous.

Testing games that use Gameworks, Batman Arkham Knight has no smoke effects when doing a burnout in the batmobile or the atmospheric smoke in the beginning but it is all rendered and calculated, the XTX cannot output the effect. But everything else (32 Bit PhysX, paper and debris) works, the main renderer has to be an Nvidia card for that game.
