To be dangerous, it has to be high frequency. Basiically, each photon has to have the energy to knock an electron off an atom. Lower frequency photons don't have that energy, so are much safer. It's only if the fields are really strong then they can have other effects that may be damaging.
Science is fully aware of which frequencies are dangerous to humans and all certified products are safe when used as intended.
This is the stupidity of 5G conspiracy theoriests. The frequencies used do not create photons that have enough energy to be a problem to a human. Science isn't about "stupid".
