Can you post the specific motherboard model? Also I suggest you manually tweak memory if xmp is unstable
Worth to try to use single Ram when this kind of anomaly happens, tweak the first RAm first, then the ,2nd one, or ultimate weapon reset cmos

Hmm, this was 64 GB of RAM with 4 sticks or something else?
BSOD maybe related to others overclocking NOT JUST XMP, it could be CPU and GPU overclocking as well.

I suggest you run a memory test for at least 12 hours to ensure stability

Sure i did this while ram is 4800mhz and old bios

windows detect memory problems and then i run

memtest86 it gives 0 errors. in 3 hours
motherboard is COLORFUL BATTLE-AX B760M-K D5 V20

supports 7200mhz ddr5 ram

Cpu is supports 4800mhz ddr5 but its fine to work 6000mhz ddr5 ram on it

Next day i try memtest86 with 6000mhz

hope its gives 0 errors too

after bios update i did not have any issues so far.
Ah! DDR5.... attempt this year to introduce a new format. fingers crossed.
Reseat your ram first and redo the stress test. Loose ram will give this kind of issue
problem is solved it seems after bios update after 6 hours no issues so far

"if it isn't broken, don't fix it, if it's broken, attempt to fix it"
