Is this antivirus app or actually malwares removal? I wish if there is Ransom virus/malware removal because i got infected by that on my old laptop and most files are lost with virus extension.

Any thing else as that destroys my programs that have been patched to full versions when i downloaded them.
So what is the best antivirus not malware program.

What you need an Antivirus for? They are basically useless nowadays and even feel like malware. Windows Defender is good enough.

Common sense and a small amount of Internet savvy, plus a web browser that blocks ads. The first one is kinda hard to come by sometimes.
Something better and free is never be together, Windows defender is the only option you can get, and lil bit knowledge how can a virus infect a PC

This.
A virus checker will not save you when you click on a something that has a brand new virus in it. I found that out the hard way one day and ever since then have just changed my ways. Never caught anything since or needed a virus checker.

Windows Defender, it is included with Windows.
Anti-Virus' are not what they used to be and are largely unneeded unless you're doing sus things.

Windows Defender will be more than capable of catching malicious files, on the rare chance you somehow download something you don't trust and can't verify.

I use Windows defender and my own common sense.
Windows Defender + common sense = best AV.
Depends on the country. :badluck:

there's not much reason to get a third-party antivirus anymore, windows defender is "good enough" and even the paid ones aren't that much better. common sense will help you a lot more
