If your budget is "sky is the limit", maybe try that ASRock B650E PG-ITX WIFI that's still ~$310 but has good reviews. People are really liking ASRock & MSI products as of late.
It's a weird time. A lot of top tier parts went out of stock during Black Friday - Cyber Monday and not all have recovered.
Edit: Changed URL. Hopefully it keeps Mini-ITX checked in the list of filters this time.
the only board cheaper is the gigabyte at under $100us, but out of all the itx's this year, the cheap gigabyte is the only one that stands out for overheating. just stay away from the cheap gigabyte.

its one of the best ITX options on the market......as long as you dont use the included wifi card......
The only reason I might go back to mATX is due to no boards having 5Gbe or 10Gbe ports and USB adapters BEAT THE F&%$ out of your USB hubs throughput.
And before anyone does the whole "Do YoU nEeD tHaT?" song and dance the answer is yes I already have a 10Gbe network with a 5Gbe fiberline.
Which Chipset and CPU are you using?
As there are plenty of good boards with 10Gbit LAN and 4x M2 slots
so real world you kinda only really need 5G networking built in.......or are you doing local file sharing with a server in use??? cause if you dont have the server you dont need 10g.....
If you have 5Gbit ISP, all you really need for wired ports is around 2.5Gbit
On the Gateways provided from ISPs that can dish out 5Gbit usually it provides you with 2x 2.5Gbit ports and the rest are 1Gbit.
So why do you think you need a single port for 5-10Gbit ?
