Gaming laptop not able to hold on anymore
its only 4 years and this gaming laptop is not holding on anymore what can i do? windows 11 works at 5fps and on linux its a miss on proton/wine gaming (perfomance at igpu instead of dgpu levels) specs are given below
gtx 1650 ti
i5 10300h
2x8gb 2933mhz ram

Windows 11 is not able to perform at all (not only function properly but even install properly installer runs at 1fps) and when switched to linux it runs games horribly (1-2fps) , i am probably going to go back to 10 for now what could be the problem here?

throttling due to dust or low battery

I dusted it off already cleaning fan from inside so it's pretty much clean I had seen even more worse and that performed better than current situation, and for battery It's always on charging so battery is always full

Could be a dying SSD/HDD. Possible performance does not matter much if the system cant read the files it needs in a fast enough manner.
Download some free program like CrystalDiskInfo and do some read/write test to exclude that reason.

How at first the thing was 5fps and then it became 1fps and on Linux it was the same 1-2fps but it was a pass.
We don't know what this FPS is due to, nor any other additional and very useful information.
And wth is "perfomance at igpu instead of dgpu levels"

At gaming the perfomance is like integrated GPU perfomance level instead of dedicated GPU level while using dedicated GPU
Might try bios firmware downgrade or upgrade. Other option is to try a bootable usb os and see if your fps is normal.
How much free space is left?

i5 with 16GB of RAM is fair enough. My laptop is new and the game is stucking all the time.

Clean out dust, and reapply thermal compound if you can.
Install low-resource Lubuntu or Xubuntu.
Its deeper problem than that. The gpu or something isnt switching from igpu. Or its ssd broken.

I have plenty of space, around a terabyte and half is free
