200mm are hard.....most of the time you have to get the same fan as the mounting is not standard.....all model numbers will be written on the back in the center fan hub......
Front fans are never the issue with mounting, it is the top fan towards the front that I had to cut the edge off to fit into my case, I would go with Noctua fans (although, they are not RGB LED) they just last longer - I use CoolerMaster for the front fans which are good as those fans like to stay vertical for some reason and rarely fail vertically as opposed to horizontally but the price is halved from Noctua plus the CM fans do have LED (if you are into that) - if you go with third-party fans that are not Thermaltake, the PC case fan options will be disabled (personally, I found the Thermaltake fans exceptionally loud).:badluck:

Throw those fans on 5v or a fan controller and adjust them down?

better to put them on a pwm or dc controlled header and set bios to control their speeds
depending on load or if it has a socket temp sensor or something other than cpu temp

Yeah nah, set it and forget it. The CPU and case fan on the motherboard will be enough
