Mouse dragging problems (technical question)
So i'm hoping someone who knows anything about this has an idea of what can be the cause.

1.5 months ago i started having a weird mouse feel, it almost feels like every movement i make is delayed and not 1:1 spot on. So after thinking it was the mouse (steelseries rival) i got myself a zowie fk1 which is supposed to not have any accel or angle snapping whatsoever, remember that i didnt have problems with my rival in the past at all, it started happening one day i woke up, however the new mouse didnt fix my problem.

So since the mouse wasnt the problem i eliminated every kind of mouse accel there is, i ofc unchecked enhance pointer precision, i installed the markc mousefix (didnt do a single thing since i play with rawinput on) but even if i have it off it doesnt feel any different. This is extremely annoying and makes me unbelievably inconsistent since i cant even flick, it just feels like its dragging to the point i wanted to flick instead of snapping to it.

Here the things i've tried (there are alot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things i tried).

* I bought a new mousepad (qck+)
* I bought a mouse bungee (zowie camcade)
* Hell i even bought a new ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ desk
* I reinstalled windows and cleared the steam cloud for csgo and reinstalled steam
* I tried both mice again after all of that and both have the exact same feel
* tried my usb2 ports which just slow my mouse down instead of helping
* I installed bf4 bf3 and css (all have the same problem so its not csgo specific) even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hearthstone has the same problem.

Important to note is: My cpu and my ram is overclocked cpu from 3.4 ghz to 3.8 ghz (its fine tho, the life span isnt extremely going down with my specific motherboard since it cooperates unbelievably well.

Specs:
I5-3570k CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.80 GHz
8,00 GB RAM
GTX 660 TI
Motherboard GA-Z77X-UD3H
windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Could it be a hardware problem with my motherboard, if so does the overclock cause it? I didnt try to reset my bios to whatever the standard is (dont want to do it alone, i have someone who knows his ♥♥♥♥ who does it) so i dont ♥♥♥♥ things up.

Try checking to see if any other device is using the same IRQ. Take a new hard drive and reinstall windows only. If problem persists after fresh install it is most likely a power fall out from overclocking or an IRQ issue. Most likely. If you use any external hard drive disconnect them as see if the problem disappears.

Worth testing it without overclock, but could be motherboard problem. Did you format hardrive when reinstalling windows? If not there could still in theory be some software related issue.

ps. for mouse use it should not matter at all if it is on usb2.0 or 3.0 (or even 1.0) there isn't much data transferred.

What should i be looking for? When i go to system information/hardware resources/IRQ's it just shows me different stuff but there isnt a trace of anything mouse related (to me atleast, i'm a newb for these things)

i'll have to wait till my bud comes, otherwise he'll have to guide me to somehow set everything back to factory settings.

Why do my usb2 ports seem slower than the usb3 ports? Whenever i'm in a game i'd have to put my sensitivity up a bit to get to where it was before, and even then it feels kinda wonky
