Connecting two Keyboards to one PC. Is it possible?
I've recently purchased Ultra Street Fight IV. This is only the second game I have ever purchased for a PC. I would like to play against my roommate and I'm wondering if it's possible to connect a second keyboard to my computer and be able to play as two players in Street Fighter. I have a Dell XPS 8700 computer.

Thank you for your help.

but both are taken at the same time

set inputs to 1 side for each keyboard and youll be ok for sf4

or use xbox360 controllers

Isn't it better to have different layouts on different keyboards? In that case both will be able to use identical keys to control their chars.
Yes, but they're not COUNTED as separate keyboards. This means if both players have spacebar to jump, either keyboard will make both players jump simultaneously.

Have separate control binds for different people, or buy a gamepad. I'd recommend the official Xbox 360 controller for Windows or a six-button fight controller. I forget the brand, but it's a nice controller that removes the right thumbstick and makes LB and RB a third row of buttons.

no

you will need to map differet keys for both players as if it was 1 keyboard

If game unable to distinguish input devices you can always remap keys on one of them. For example, first keyboard can send "space" when you press spacebar and first char jumps.
Second keyboard can send other key when you press spacebar which will be bind to jump for second char. So, you only needs different key laout for different input devices
(I don't know how to do that in Windows, but for Linux this task is trivial).
