DisplayPort to DVI Adapter can handle 144hz?
Hi, i have a BenQ 2411Z with a VGA port, HDMI port and DVI port, and i want to buy a AMD Fury X GPU but it only has DisplayPort to handle the 144hz.

Is there any way to convert the DisplayPort to DVI and enjoy 144fps?

Display Port can also handle 144hz just fine.

DP can display 1440p at 144hz


But if you did need to convert:

You'd need a DP to Dual link DVI adaptor. Only Dual-Link DVI will support 144hz.

The problem is my monitor doesn't have DisplayPort, thats the reason i need a converter :(

Not sure DVI goes past 60Hz!

so need a DP to DUAL-LINK DVI Adapter yup..
