Just bought a BENQ GL2460 having alot of problems :(

So I just bought a BENQ 24in monitor. But everygame I play there's some SERIOUS frame drops, spelunky, witcher 3, isaac... I do not know why, Like, there's lines of FPS going everywhere when the screen moves in the game, never had this before, is the screen broken?

Hard to explain really.. But when I move, theres lines of pixels going everywhere :/ like a wave

using a cheap 720p monitor.. and I thought vsync was good with this monitor I do have a 970 it should not be a problem

From specs I see that this is still a 60hz backlit LED 1080p monitor. What connector are you using and what video settings in the game? You might need reduce settings from high or ultra to medium see what happens. Does the screen act like that in game only or all the time.

always the same... and my computer can run gta 5 on ultra so its not the settings im pretty sure of it
