Good controller / mouse for one handed gaming?

And no, not so i can fap my brains out while playing Tomb Raider. I ask because I just sustained a major injury that left me unable to use my left hand. Do any of you know of a good controller that will allow me to FPS one handed?

The main one-handed input device I've seen people talk about is the Twiddler[twiddler.tekgear.com], but I'm not sure the mouse function on that is designed for gaming and it's pretty expensive.
