CrystalDiskInfo showing a higher temperature for SSD in the table than the actual reading in the blue bubble?
Basically, the "current" temperature in the table itself shows 72, but the blue bubble shows 26. I have to assume the blue bubble is the more accurate reading but why does the table show a much higher current reading?

The table contains thresholds and also the max reported.

You can double check the real time drive temp with apps such as Speccy, CPUID HWMonitor, OpenHardwareMonitor

In other words, I should only worry if the blue bubble turns red, showing 72 or 79 C?
Yes the blue bubble at top is the actual temp when it refreshed the drive upon loading the app.

If you would like a better app to see that in real time that's light weight and can be configured to run in background and notification tray, try Open Hardware Monitor
